Tatiana & Eddie’s Ashton Gardens Winter Wedding was a dream! The details, the setting, the weather…everything was beautiful. Tatiana in her custom dress and gloves was the star of the show (as every bride deserves to be!) There were countless *GASPS* when a family member, guest, or even vendor saw her for the first time in her bridal attire. She was so elegant in every way & I truly couldn’t wait for Eddie to finally see her walking down the aisle.
They chose to go without a first look, but still wanted to connect before the ceremony by doing a first touch. This is the perfect way to still prioritize your desires on your day without having to sacrifice a moment alone before you meet at the altar. They read their private vows and prayed over their marriage before saying “I do” in an intimate setting behind the chapel doors. It was one of the most precious moments to document and be a fly on the wall during.
Their ceremony was stunning and the altar was full of Magnolia Fleurs stunning floral arrangements. After Tatiana and Eddie’s Christ-centered ceremony, they took a short ride in a vintage mustang and we had so much fun capturing their joy as newly weds in such a unique way. These photos were some of their favorites from the day! It’s always ideal when a couple wants to prioritize all the photos they can…. especially when I’m the photographer. I could take photos of your love all day and never get bored!
The reception was a cultural and lively experience. They had a lot of Slavic & christian traditions woven throughout which made their day even more personal to them and their families. Their DJ, Andrey Kazak, flew in from California & was hands down the best MC I’ve ever worked with. I was amazed by his many skills and talents (bilingual singing, facilitating games, etc).
We snuck away during their reception for even more newly wed portraits in the chapel. The Fetch bride coordination team lit candles in the chapel to add an extra layer of romance for the bride and groom. Autumn was the lead coordinator on their day and I could not recommend her more! She was attentive, kept the timeline on track, and genuinely cares for her couples and vendors she works with.
If every Ashton Gardens winter wedding is anything like this one, I’ll be one happy camper. Are you looking for a editorial & documentary style wedding photographer to capture your best day?
